Key Responsibilities
■Medical Operational Excellence
ーWith global and Japan team, establish processes to ensure MA activities in APAC cluster to be done efficiently and compliantly
ーDrive assigned programme end to end from program planning to implementation stages for Asia Pacific, working with APAC cluster, Japan and global teams
ーBe a communication hub between Japan MA Head and APAC Cluster MA Lead by providing regular reports and having regular communications effectively with team members, senior leaders, key stakeholders
■MA representative on APAC Partnership Alliance Management
ーBe a representative of MA to cross-functional Alliance management team to ensure collaborations with the partners to be successful
■Regional Medical Information Coordinator
ーSubject Matter Expert and regional coordinator on matters related to Medical Information (Triaging MI queries, MI tracker and metrics etc)
ーEstablish an efficient MI process for the new APAC structure and implement the process
